Yeah, close anything like Outlook epress that may connect behind your back, check your system tray etc

I'm on cable, I'm meant to be running an IRC bot but that can accidently go down for a while...

Normal ping is around 150-200. Don't worry, it should be ok.

56k here, I am using BT Surftime under the cheap 24 quid modem from special reserve. But it works fine! I get ping times on Quake 3 at around 300.
