Sure it is a small number but this small number cuase trouble inside and outside the ground.
Take last nights win, good game and then a few spoil it by going on the pitch and hitting Alpay, then outside the police have to take control off a select bunch who just seem to be too stupid to understand their own actions.
Now ok, most will know I am scottish so I have no real concern over the English national team other than I like to watch good football being played no matter who the teams are. But what I do dislike is any teams fans getting violent, you know the hooligans and thugs who go for the after match fights...
Now the main point is what should be done?
Maybe there is a way to catch those responsible and make sure that they go nowhere near the match (doubt the police could take the time and effort to ensure this though)
Or if the fans continue like this make them play all their games behind closed doors which would ruin it for the majority of respectable fans.
Or if it does continue could we see them losing points or being thrown out of major compititions, a bit far fetched but I am sure you will agree that trouble fans - no matter which country they are there for are a problem.
Before you reply think of it from the other side and not as an Elgish fan (as most probably are). How would you feel if it was another countries fans behaving like this?
I know its not just the English fans who are like this but you have to admit it seems to be a problem at most Enland games these days..
