I took food out of the freezer and put it back. Wasn't little either - it was a pizza. Maybe this is a new start for me. A cleaner, healthier Monkey_man, or maybe I'll just have it for lunch. Hmmm.

I addicted to toast. Wholemeal toast. With peanut butter and jam. Funnily enough, it tastes nice, and not like pig food, although it's looks very similar.

Also, tea. Can't get enough tea.

I stop myself from eating all the time. Always snacking on Mars bars and Snickers etc.

I'm barely 11 stone, not exactly heavy. I'd probably be Jerry Springer standards of obese if I ate all the time.

Look, this marks a turning point for me. I usually eat all through the day, but today I found the urge to stop.
