I had a biology lab today which involved measuring volume and composition of urine during a 2.5 hour duration. In preparation i had to avoid eating and drinking for the 3 hours prior to the lab. And since the lab started at 9am in the morning i hadnt eaten anything since dinner time yesterday. We had to pee into cups, but at least i got to drink lucozade.

A group experiment, we were supposed to have 5 people per group, but we ended up with only 3. It broke down like this:
Subject 1; The control, sit and done nothing
Subject 2; Drank 1 litre of bottled water (in 1/2 an hour) so they invariably ended up peeing needles.
subject 3; drank 1 litre bottled water but exercised between each half hour sampling period.
Subject 4; drank 1 litre of beer (again in 1/2 an hour)
