If anyone is getting Sky or any of it's variants, PLEASE let me recommend you so that I get a free Sky+ box! I'll love you long time :P

They used to give you crappy M&S vouchers, but now they're handing out Sky+ boxes for people who recommend a friend, whoo!

So, er, yeah. Please let me recommend you and you'll have your very own speshul place in my heart <3

(Probably a fruitless attempt as everyone that wants it will probably have it already)

Think I'll be getting Sky soon, just started working so am going to wait a month or so to make sure I'll be able to afford the payments but I'll give you a shout

From Sky website:

*Sky+ subscription required. Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky Sports and/or Sky Movies. Otherwise £10 a month. Standard installation of Sky+ is free if you take multiroom (otherwise £60)

So £20 a month extra with multiroom.

I'd probably take Multiroom too - and it'd still work out cheaper then.

So, any takers? :P

About £21 for the entertainment pack or an extra £16 for the movies (not the complete extra pack with sports as well), so it is cheaper to just pay the £10 for Sky +.

However, if you want Multi-room, you need an extra £10 and if you don't have this then Sky make you pay for installation.

Not sure what the new customer has to take, but knowing Sky, you'd probably have to take the Movies or Sports for 3 Months at least.

As for Sky+, I don't mind paying the extra £10, although I'm not sure if it works out cheaper taking a premium pack instead. Thing is, I don't watch sports and the Movie channels are95% of the time rubbish :(

Do they have to get one of the bigger packages? We gave up Sky awhile ago, I do miss it. I think you have to pay £10 a month for Sky+ unless you have one of the more pricey packages like Movies.
