The answer you seek is Hugh Morrus a.k.a Bill DeMott.

Belive it or not, Kurt did hold the Hardcore title very, very briefly. If it wasn't for the roster split he'd have eventually held the Tag titles with Eric...but with all these titles these days it's hard to keep track of which is which...anyways...GP got in there first

Todays Question

Under the old WWE regime, before the roster split and before the WCW invasion. There were 6 titles :- WWE World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, Tag-Team, European, Crusierweight and Hardcore. Apart from the Cruiserweight title, which of course he was not eligible for, which of these was the only title that Kurt Angle had not held prior to the roster split?
