"Microwaves confuse me."

Can anyone else accurately cook food in one of those things? I have to keep estimating the amount of time that bacon takes, but there must be some sort of mathematical formula that does it for me. Maybe that's what all those buttons on the front are for - some sort of calculator that shoots microwaves when you press the equals button? Bacon is the worst. A few seconds to short and it's all pink. A few seconds too long and it's all frizzled. Then there's the issue of what to do if you need to cook 4 or 5 pieces of bacon at once, say if you have a guest round or something. It's just mind-boggling.

I remember putting a tape in one at a party.

Never try to melt a Flake in one..infact never try to melt a Flake period...Oo Oo! Stick a CD in it!

I fry mine.

Usually though I get the old dear to do it for me on the basis that I'll probably burn my face off trying to flip the bacon like you do with pancakes.

George Foremans are good, they are fast, and quite easy to clean.

Get one of those "Mean Lean Fat Reducing Super Photon Grilling George Forman Rumble in the Jungle thingy ma bob" machines.

Microwaves have loads of buttons that probably never get used.

I use mine to defrost frozen stuff and to heat up soup.
Other than that I find it useless

The simple answer is to not use Microwaves, as they are POO AND WEE
