notice that that if you put the first two numbers from each of the votes it reads out 1441 strange or what?
There's also rumours that Bush may call for war before the deadline
Such numbers are always superfluous coincidence. They mean nothing.

It's not uncanny at all. Two three digits numbers that if you pick two numbers from happen to make another significantly related number. It's just something you notice and think is strange, without thinking of other possible permeatations.
Example:-
here is a article from the financial times
http://news.ft.com/servlet/ContentServer?
pagename=FT.com/StoryFT/FullStory&c= StoryFT&cid=1045511825327
relating to the same subject.
Numbers taken from that article
410 Labour MPs
247 Labour MPs voted
138 who voted against the prime minister
reinforced by
53 Liberal Democrats,
15 rebel Conservative MPs and
11 Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland nationalists.
Mr Blair was supported by
138 Conservatives and
11 Ulster unionists.
Totalling
217 for the cross-party anti-war coalition and
396 for Mr Blair.
Okay, I've missed some out now but finally
412 votes to 149 - a huge majority of 263.
The point that I'm not making very well is that once you manipulte these numbers you can make anything you want, but it still wont mean anything, and wont be the biggest coincidence either.
For example
the majority was 263 right,
but look 6+3 = 9
and 6+3+2 = 11
OOohhh, September the eleventh.

I can't say I blame you Grix
politics bore me to death *DM points at slaveunit and tells him not to use it to his advantage* but they matter to me more now than they used to as politics play a vital part in this so called "War on Terror" *DM sniggers* this ain't a war on terror this is just an escuse for America to take over the worlds oil fields
Sorry, I really don't have much of a clue in politics.
