Currently on my site (http://taka-q.port5.com)I have the orange font colour #FF9933, but I don't think it works. Other problems are that I can't use black or white and many other colours because you can't read them on the backgound (which I am not changing, took along time to make that did). Anyone got any bright ideas?

I have changed the font to Black, and I am puting all the text in table that are #009999 with black 1 size borders.
Try doing something like this:

As I said in the post before, I am not changing the background, and I have found a colour that works.
