why have i never won. i mean, once i submitted a really good game idea and then some guy who basically wrote out the plot of a late night channel 5 movie won. pleeeaaase. is there really some one who goes through all the reviews or does he just pick one if it is over 100 words. please reply special reserve gamesmaster if you really exist or i will lose all faith

I've won 4Wheel Thunder for submitting a Uefa Striker cheat - the only occasion where the submission was better than the game!

I've won Shenmue for writing about F355 Ferrari, Won Quake 3 for writing about Shenmue, and won Tony Hawk's 2 for writing about Blade the game - I'm glad to see that they have now made a game following my post - funny how my post came after the release of the game...

I think the methods here for chosing a game a day winner are ok, but there will always be complaints 'I deserved to win' I know I have complained before, but then I had just written around 3 1000 word reviews...

I have written a post about 6000 words long in the Dreamcast forum - if anyone dares to read it! I doubt that will win a game, as no one reads my posts there!

Oh well!

I won a tea towel at a raffel once... it had a picture of a church printed onto it... and I gave it to my Mum...

which just goes to show... when you enter a cometition chances are you'll get nothing... and if do, it'll probably be crap. :)

You probably haven't won due to the quality of the competition that you are up against.

Especially when one of my young padowans has just had their first win too.

I bound by the official secrets act not to say this...but I'm gonna take my chances with the hit squad. The truth is this:
All the winners on this site are people who witnessed a government cover-up of extra-terrestials. We saw and recorded a crash landing of a tap-shaped UFO in the lower regions of Dartmoor. We were unknown to the special forces deployed at the time, but just hours later we were discovered. They couldn't harm us though, for fear of our giving the videotape we had cleverly hidden to the media. Gameaday was only created as a feasably unsuspicious way to buy our silence. A freebie to one of us who were there on that fateful night, every day. That's the real reason why you can never win, and don't you believe anyone when they tell you you're not winning becuase you're not posting good enough material.

Strange i think i've you before, oh wait i don't.

I have been heer since the sit was set up... and have won twice. (most peops here that long have won 3 times). One post will not win... instead you have to be contributing genuinly interesting ideas continuously... not for trying to win, but to start conversation.
