what I ment by that was the game didn't do too well in the games market!

People bought it because it was the sequel to the best selling game to date!

When they found it was slightly different format they didn't like it! Some did (I don't mind the game) but most didn't!

That's why I think it's stupid bringing out that game again on the GBA!

Maybe ninty'll put a bit of magic into the game and it'll sell like Zelda and Pokémon!

I don't. I thought that game was great.

Had Nintendo simply have released what we know as The Lost Levels instead of SMB2 then the series may well have died.

But as such a different game was released as the sequel (And a great game too in my opinion) The whole series was seen to be superior than those games which simply release the same game, plus a few extra levels.

Like Mario would have become.

And when Nintendo did come around to returning to a similar format to the original in SMB3 they did it with such style, and added so much to the original format, that it became the best selling game of all time....

I said an "Advanced" version of Super Mario Bros 2!

If anyone tells you it's on the Gameboy Colour they are referring to the Lost Levels in Super Mario Bros which was the Japanese Mario Bros 2

(By the way, this is Edgy, not Edgy2!)

The best thing about the GBA link up is that only one of the players needs the game, apparently.

That's great because two members of the same family can then play the multiplayer game, without having to pay for two cartridges!

I think it's stupid that Nintendo are trying to make an advanced version of Super Mario Bros 2!

It did really badly on the NES and no one really played it on Super Mario Allstars on the SNES!

I hope that the game is improved a lot before it's released! Nintendo would be better bringing out Super Mario world Advanced as their first Mario game on the new Gameboy!

Mario Advance = Super Mario Bros 2, from the NES. It's updated graphically, and more levels.
