Wrote episode 13 of Half-Life while under the influence of alcohol, to see what effect it would have on the writing style. I thought that was interesting.

I wrote something under the influence...it certainly wasn't the best bit of writing I've done...although it was different.
On a better note, I've started writing a short story. It's funny how my ideas come to me...because they don't.
I sit in front of the computer with a blank mind and then the story takes off from there. I don't have any certain preconceived ideas about how my story goes, I just tackle each part as it comes along. Rather weird, I'd say. I've stopped writing it for the moment because I have to do a bit of scientific research for a certain part. Authenticity is the name of the game, otherwise people would poke me with sharp pointy sticks and laugh at my convoluted efforts to write something accurate.

I to have tampered with wrighting while under the influence, reading it back the next day I find it tends to get more bizzare and slightly more agressive the more I drink.
