I just find Coldplay's lyrics depressing, in the same way as the Counting Crows and some of Radiohead.

But Radiohead rule :D

They are one of my favourite bands.
Simply because they are talented and well.. very talented. In 'my' opinion.

They sound great live. At least they sing live too.

I was fairly non-plussed about the existence of Coldplay until recently. Now I tihnk they're arrogant mongs.

Dunno. Downloaded a few Rammstein tracks the other day cuz I liked their contribution to the Matrix soundtrack ("Du Hast"). It's all hilarious stuff.

A bunch of Germans screaming something which probably means a great deal to them, but comes out to me as a load of indiscernable German words I'll never bother to look up.

At least you can make out the words though, which is more than can be said for most of the "english-language" stuff.

I like the stage-show where they wear goggles and walk around on stilts using angle-grinders
