The default sex for humans is female. That's why we have their parts basically. If the testosterone is introduced in the womb, ie, the foetus turns into a boy, the ovaries drop down to form testicles and the clitoris extends to become the dingdong. Seeing as we don't need to produce milk the nipples stay as they are.

I could go further into explaining clitorial sensitivity but I may be banned, so I won't.

Men only have one decent errogenous zone. Everything else depends on personal preference.

I was told it was a case of all babies starting out as girls. Then, if you turn out to be a boy your testicles drop and stuff. But the nipples remain.
