Even though the N64 is coming to the end of its life I still think its one of the best consoles out there, I mean how many other consoles have got a back catalogue like the N64s, with such classics as Zelda, Goldeneye,Mario Kart, Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, Mario 64 etc etc the list just goes on.
I dont care what anyone says about the N64 to me its the best console on the market at the moment and thats including the dreamcast and playstation 2, no other console can boast the two best games developers in the world making games soley for there machine im of course talking about Nintendo and Rare. The N64 seems to be the only console that actually has original and quality games, the only games on the playstation are either sequels or they are exactly the same as an earlier game.
Everyone knows that sony copy a lot of Nintendo ideas for example the rubmle pacK and the analogue stick, another recent example is Mario Party a completely original and amazingly fun game made by nintendo and what do sony do they try and copy it exactly but totally c**k it up in the process the game im talking about is Crash bash and ythen what happens Sega try and copy it as well with a game that features Sonic im not sure what its called but it comes out soon.
Anyway enough of my anti Sony and Sega warbling
i just wondered what your favourite 10 multiplayer games where heres a list of mine
1. Perfect Dark
Its gotta be really hasnt.
2. Goldeneye
Brilliant but not quite as good as perfect dark
3. Mario Party 2
Get three friends round and trust me theres nothing
else like this game
4. Mario Tennis
Not so good in single player but the multiplayer
is absoloutly brilliant
5. Mario Kart
The best multiplayer racing game ever
6. Super Smash Bros
Frantic four player beat em up
7. Quake 2
Single player sux but the multiplayer is in a world of
its own
8. The World is not enough
Not as good as goldeneye but play capture the flag and u
will be hooked
9. F ZERO
Brilliant futuristic racer
10.Snowboard kids
Mario KArt style snowboarding game
anyway thats all ive got to say

My opnion is that perfect dark is better than goldeneye, okay so your not Bond but who cares the single player is better and the multiplayer is so much more in depth.

I still havent got hold of a copy of wrestlemania, so im saving for No mercy
i have to say wrestlemania 2000 should be in your list. personally it gave me and my mates months of solid quality gaming.
I agree Mario Tennis is great fun!
As far as other multiplayer games go, DK64 has some great games. Coin Hoard wih 4 players in a battle arena is about as frantic a game as you can get!
