Who is going to be watching this? I watched it last time and the level of fitness required is insane, last time it was done over a 10 day period this time its 3 weeks!

I think a fair few of the people on the show are fit enough, they just cant take the sleep deprivation, pain and worst of all the climate.

Its really tough getting into the SAS, the fact that so many people dropped out in just 3 days is testement to that.

I can run a mile in about 6 mins, which I was pretty happy with. But then I go and look at all the marathon runners who run 26 miles each mile taking about 5mins! ....Bah!

Haven't done the bleep test for about 4 or 5 years, but I know I'm terrible at long distance running. Takes me 10 minutes just to run a mile, with no weight at all.

I'm really unfit right now. The time it takes you to get fit, if you stop, you'll go back to being unfit within a third of that time... or something. So if you get fit in 6 months, then stop, within 2 months you'll be almost back to your old self. And since I haven't been to boxing in well over a year... well, you can imagine how unfit I am.

My mate's in the TA, he said I would be able to handle the fitness stuff (push ups, sit ups etc) but I wasn't so sure. Can't join anyway, I work Monday nights.

What does level eight relate to in terms of beeps? Good six years since I've done it but I used to be able to get around 130. Guess that's gone way down hill since I've bought a car, stopped playing rubgy and other sports so my exercise now consists of taking the dog for a walk once a day for about an hour.

Got SAS AYTE on tape, actually just about to go and watch it while I have my lunch.

yep, I have only ever seen 1 person not make it level 8 before. That was the 14 year old school tramp that didn't want to run as it would mess her hair up and she may actually start to sweat.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
