Well, it’s finally here, SRW Burnout is here for the second time and it’s gonna be even bigger than last year! After the madness of SRW Spun Out we’re set for a change of tone, as we have a host of great singles matches, most between feuding superstars. A lot of feuds were begun at Spun Out and are probably going to culminate here, so get ready for some heated bouts, especially with all six titles being on the line.

We begin the card with a highly anticipated SRW Cruiserweight Championship Ladder match, in which champion Stone Edge (Jericho15) will defend against the man he mercilessly attacked a month or so again, The Cong Man. Cong Man has been wanting revenge ever since then, and although he’s got a little bit over the past few weeks, Stone Edge proved that he’s gonna be one tough guy to beat as just yesterday on Eclipse he attacked Cong Man after his match. With the inclusion of a ladder and with a title on the line, sparks are sure to fly here.

In a match made just last week, SRW brings you a second gauntlet match, but this time it involves tag teams. With the whole tag division on the heels of champions Elements (Reaver (Ant) and Jetster), this is a great chance for one of these four teams to have their shot in a fortnight’s time. Two of the teams are former champions, and after that highly eventful promo in which Rosey and Jamal (Jericho15 and Bazzman) came out on top, this is sure to be an exciting match. Two teams start the match remember, and when one is eliminated the next team come out, and so on. The order is up to one of our best writers, back for Burnout, RM18. {:)

When you talk about feuding stars, you certainly talk about Kurt Angle (Grandprix) and Booker T (RM18). These two have been screwing each other out of matches and even titles for weeks now, including a devious plan by Angle (Grandprix) to attack Booker (RM18) from behind a couple of weeks ago. But Booker had his revenge this week when he came to the ring during Team Angle’s first match, nailing his opponent with a Scissors Kick and costing them the victory…anything can happen between these two here at Burnout, especially inside a brutal steel cage.

For many, this match is a third main event at Burnout. And what a match it’s gonna be, a triple threat tag team match for the Elements SRW Tag Team Titles. Ever since they won the titles around three months ago, Reaver (Ant) and Jetster had seemed unbeatable…but the System Fighters (Grandprix and The Psychiatrist) proved them wrong, beating them twice in one night! DoA are a rather new tag team, but they have certainly made an impact, and they believe they are bigger heels than The Elements…this has incensed the Champions, so much so that the two teams have been arguing for months. Elements and the Fighters go back a long way, but they have always been heated rivals with Reaver (Ant) being the Commissioner. Just a couple of days ago in a singles match, Reaver injured The Psychiatrist so badly that he will be out for months, leaving Grandprix without a partner for this huge bout…will he have any surprises in store, or is he on his own? Are DoA the biggest heels in SRW, or will The Elements continue their tag team dominance in SRW? Find out in a couple of days here at Burnout.

Remember that amazing Hardcore Title Unification match a fortnight ago? Where Jackal (RM18) was sure he had the title won, but ended up being powerbombed through two tables by Batista (Figo), who then took the title as well? And just a couple of days ago, Batista (Figo) literally threw Jackal (RM18) through a wooden door! At Burnout these two will collide in a hardcore match for that title, and sparks are sure to fly in this one, as The Jackal desperately looks for revenge.

In a rather strange match, Admiral Ape (Asher D) won the biggest match of his life against The Cong Man and RawIsAndy, and now he faces debutant Havoc (Hercules) for a shot at the CAW World Title in a fortnight’s time. It appeared as though Cong Man actually wanted Ape to win, but we can’t take anything away from him, he pinned RIA fair and square…but after the match, Havoc made his presence known by brutally beating the fan-favourite! Ape will be out for revenge, and with all the enemies Havoc (Hercules) has made ever since he joined, he might just get it. But, will RIA want to cost Ape the match, and what part will Cong Man or the DoA play in this? I can’t wait to find out, courtesy of AJ. {:)

The SRW Euro-Continental Title was decided for the first time a few weeks ago, where Eddie Guerrero (Cong Man) used his clever mind to beat both his opponents, including former KOTR Champion Brock Lesnar (DW). Lesnar had only been KOTR Champion for a few days and was livid to lose the title so early, and since then he has taken his anger out on Guerrero (Cong Man.) Guerrero isn’t happy and nor is Lesnar (DW), as both men gear up for a title match here at Burnout, where Guerrero (Cong Man)’s technical style will battle Lesnar (DW)’s raw power. Remember, being the EC Champion is a platform to a shot at the SRW Title, so both men desperately need to win. Don’t miss it.

In our CAW main event, two huge stars that have been viciously feuding for months will come together in one-on-one action for the first time, and the CAW World Championship is on the line for the first time since early January. Hawk (AJ) will defend the title against fellow Animalz member Scotty Dogg (Figo), and it is sure to be an amazing bout, especially with the history between the two. At the HIAC match at Spun Out this feud intensified, and ever since they have been brutally attacking each-other each chance they get to Animalz leader Cong Man’s dismay. Last week they teamed up to beat Team Angle, but before the match had even started Hawk viciously assaulted Scotty with a chair, but Scotty got his revenge at the end of the match…can Hawk (AJ) successfully defend his title for the first time, or can Scotty (Figo) prove his many fans right and take the gold?

And finally, over the past few months we’ve seen some amazing developments in the SRW Title race. RVD (AfroJoe) turned against his fans, turning him into the most hated heel in SRW. The Rock (Starlight) has been fiercely feuding with him for months, but RVD (AfroJoe) seems to have some sort of associates called The Powers That Be, and together they have taken out Rock (Starlight), and now want to do the same to Benoit (Grandprix.) He has other ideas though, and so will The Rock (Starlight), as these two battle it out in a NO DQ match for the SRW World Championship…absolutely anything can happen, and knowing LL Cool TT, it will. {:)
