Anyone got these to work?

I'm trying to get some of the items, but can't.

My PSP is connected via USB cable and appears as the H: drive, but all I get is the message "Memory Stick Duo not detected..."

PSPvideo9 finds it okay.

I currently have SonicStage 3.1 installed, and it appears on the Transfer menu as 'Memory Stick (PSP)' - so that seems to find it okay, too.

Maybe they've realised some people have been abusing the system and fixed it already.

Don't know who would ever do a thing like that though.............

It can be a bit awkward sometimes and you have to try two or three times.

Does pspvideo9 and Sonic Stage recognise it as an actual PSP or just a removable memory stick?

You lie.

It tells me that my serial isn't compatible with either the 1003 or 1004 models.

Curious.

It (the PSP) works fine in every other way.

It is detected as a removable drive, and I can copy files to and from it as expected. It's just the downloads via that applet that won't work.

Hmm...

Must be something to do with the little applet it installs.

The PSP appears as a drive, and downloads from other sources find it fine.

For example... http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/stealth/psp/

Those all work fine.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Just a quick note to say thanks for a very good service ... in fact excellent service..
