Now, when developers think of what market segment they're going to make a game for, they usually will go for one with a large user base in order to get the highest possible sales for that game. It's obvious when you think about it - a games firm are far more likely to release a racing or fighting game in favour of, say a Virtual Japanese Sushi eating party gamee, although there is such a game in the land of miniture.

I was just thinking, that perhaps, there are not enough 'adult' types of games. Ok, there has been a pathetic 'Virtual Girlfriend' game (not that I bought, or even contemplated buying such a game), but there hasn't really been any decent games, designed with over 18's in mind. Now, don't get the wrong idea - I don't want to seem perverse and I do lead a happy life, full of..racing and football games mainly, but there should be a game that both offers a learning experience, but is actually quite interesting (if you know what I mean).

The game idea that I had was partly based on the idea of Championship Manager, but would definitely get more people's attention. The game, would be called 'Virtual Brothel Manager' whereby you would enter your details, be given a virtual alloted amount of money and have the task to set up your own brothel somewhere in the world, and then make as much money as possible. You'd need scouts to search for the hottest models and dancers in the world - or even galaxy, and you'd need a board of directors to ensure everything went smoothly, and no illegal activity took place!

I think the game would need to be made by the creators of Theme Park and CM3 (so Bull Frog and Sports Interactive then), and would definitely be a sure fire hit! You'd be able to hire bouncers to throw out difficult customers, and have the choice to expand your business! If the game maker wanted to appeal to younger audiences, then maybe a 15 certificate version could be introduced - with some partial editing and smudging of graphics...

I think the game would be excellent, woth all the stats of all the staff, a short list and competitors to fight off! You could take the game online, and have battles against other people to see how much money they make, and when you complete the single player game there could be a 'dancer create' system!!

Hmmm..
What does anyone think, dare to say on this subject?

Is that an optomistic humm or a humm that is of unpleasant smelling, or a musical humm that bears no relevance to anything.
