I've just discovered a writing competition with a closing date in the near future, I have to get it sent out in less than a week, basically.
So instead of starting from scratch, I thought I could play with one of my existing tales, and submit that to the contest.
But which do you feel has the widest appeal/ biggest effect?
"Fire Disaster"

I didnae see it.
I'll have a look now though.
Make sure you keep posting stories on here too.
Unfortunately many of my stories were too long for this one, as the word limit was only 1500, so I sent off The Maize, and Cubicle 3.
I've just discovered another website though, that concentrates on stories with a twist, again the word limit is 1500, so I'm going to rework the fire disaster story, get rid of something to bring it down to under 1500.
Anyway, thanks for the support.
I think Fire Disiaster is the better overall, but Lost Love is the sort of thing that will really make an impression. It's your call.
