A couple of weeks ago, I badly broke my leg.
Well, 2 days ago, I got a wheelchair for a bit (hurru!)
So, I thought, "Lets take this baby for a spin".
My first choice of adventure:
Straight down a massive hill.

It sounded like a fun idea at first.
Well, not anymore.

At the bottom, I sorta started to lose control, and er, skidded of the pavement and flew.

For 1.23753 seconds, I felt enjoyment, and it was fun, but after that period of time had finished, and I landed, it hurt.

Meh.
My head hurts.
My other leg hurts.
My already broken leg hurts.
My arm hurts.

So basically, I hurt.
Tomorrow - See how fast I can go along a straight.
YeY!

Yes, but when the fun ends for you, it begins for everyone else as they steal your crutches and leave you in a field, miles from home.

I did the same with a shopping trolley about 12 years ago. Obviously I didn't have a broken leg when i did it. There's this VERY steep hill and I thought it would be a good idea at the time as no-one drives up the road much - it's restricted to access for residential persons only. I didn't reckon on my French teacher driving up the windy steep hill at the time - I went flying over her bonnet, smashed up the front of her car and inevitably ended up with a broken leg plus numerous cuts and bruises. I'm not sure who was more shocked - my French teacher seeing me fly into her car and over it, or me knowing that for the rest of my life, French lessons were going to be the bane of my existence.

Bah! When I broke my leg I got crutches. I asked for a chair but they wouldn't let me have one. Something to do with my arm being broken too or something.

Crutches are alright for a bit of speed, but the machine gun gag dies quick. I wanted to do wheelies and stuff!

And you didn't have anyone on hand with a Digital camcorder?

How rude.

You should start your own school for other, "special" people like yourself

And by special, I mean stupid, heh
