So far safari has really bad CSS support (meant to be w3c compliant!)apart from that, it's not too bad, but yes, it's Konqueror, unfortunaltey, mac users are lovin it!

As for SWF, the initials stand for "Shockwave Flash", and I take it he's referring to Macromedia Flash MX. Yes SWF is a file format, but you need to learn how to use the thing that makes them :D
I'm not getting at you just its a long way from what you currently have to what companies want sorz (its hard work and I've given up after mastering Flash MX)
