Almost everything is at a standard these days but the best to stick with is ATX form factor as its the industry standard although you can get different versions of this (smaller) i would stay with it

Socket 478.

Motherboards have 'forms', eg ATX which is the standard these days. Your case may or may not be able to accept this form: it might say on it somewhere, or you could use a tape measure or just guess; if you're wrong then cases are available for nearly nothing.
