You know - the Anglia region - the East of England. Northampton, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Norfolk etc. All the 'country bumpkin' type areas.

God, what a bunch of po-faced whingers they are.

If you've seen Anglia News or BBC's Look East whine-a-thons lately, they've been whinging about a few inches of snow thats fallen. Yeah, it snowed - get over it! Russia deal with far worse on a daily basis. It hasn't snowed here in Northampton, though. Oh no. No drifting snow causing chaos here. Because that would be remotely interesting. And nothing remotely interesting EVER happens in Northampton.

Prior to the snow, they were whining about the floods they've had in recent years. Sorry, but if you buy houses that are built on flood plains, EXPECT TO GET FLOODED! It's not rocket science. Though it may as well be for as far as this region is concerned.

And in the summer, if it's hot and dry for a few months, they'll be whining about the "drought" and the hosepipe bans it brings.

They're never happy unless they're whining about something!

Jeez, I hate this region and everything it stands for. Let's face it, any region that considers concrete cows to be a landmark needs serious help.

Very true. I love Norfolk. Norwich is great, it's got everything London has, just much smaller. Except the mulitplexes. They're Huuuge.
Best place in Norfolk? Wymondham. Pronounced Wind-ham. My home town! And home to other SR members as well...

God, I hate those concrete cows. Truly and honestly. Milton Keynes is just a concrete hellpit of scum. I'm getting out of here as soon as possible.

I prefer MK to Northampton though. :)

I had fun.

I stayed at home knowing the trains would suck.

In that time I built some more props for my film and made a snowman that I later shot down with a rifle.

Being stuck on the motorway all night is somthin to moan about. I was on the A1(M) for 13+ hours from 4:30pm thursday till 6am friday. 13 hours just doing a 20 mile stretch...

Its not the snow that people are moaning about. Its the fact that the idiots in the council didnt grit the roads even though we had a weather warning a week in advance.

Although seeing as you dont drive...
