Too human looks cool and Resident EVil coming out on it.
Perfect Dark on GameCube sounds really good as well.

It will probably be at launch. The game lies in gameplay, and it should be easy to convert the PS2 one, and just update it a bit.
Of course ISS would come out on GC. It was brill on the N64.
