That notable is asking for opinions in his own thread, he's asking questions and answering other peoples questions, your replying to every topic in the forum with such useful insights like "lol. gta3 we must all have played that in our time" and other such twaddle.

take his advice - its a good system but with a few head scratchers and the monitor is the only true 'output' unless you listen to music on this thing

Yes, very. Another company to avoid is aria.co.uk who are, in my humble but absolutely correct opinion, the scum of the universe. SR don't really stock a wide enough range of components for me to buy from them - but their general CS is very good. I have had VERY good experiences with Tekheads, both before and after purchasing stuff: friendly, informative, helpful contact with people prepared sign their emails with their own name - and all within 24 hours. I think it's worth paying the little bit extra for the peace of mind.

Well i came up with this from ebuyer.... where he probably got the prices..

LEADTEK SKT A K7NCR18D-PRO Nforce 2 AGP 8x DDR 400
Xion Case blue acrylic facia front USB and Audio ports 400w PSU
Seagate Barracuda 80Gb 7200rpm UDMA100 Hard Drive
Alps Floppy Disk Drive 1.44MB 3.5 inch internal
SoundBlaster Audigy Player - 24Bit 64 Voice PCI SB1394 6 spk support
Liteon 48x24x48 IDE Internal CD-RW Drive - LG 16x48 IDE DVD Drive
Cnet 10/100 Fast Ethernet + Wake On Lan / Network Card Coolermaster CP5-6J31C Socket A Upto 2700XP AMD Approved
AMD ATHLON XP2400+ 266MHz FSB
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Gainward Geforce4 Powerpack Ultra/750-8x Xp Golden Sample Oem/agp 128mb Ddr Ti-4800 Se Chipset With Vivo And Dual Crt Or Crt+dvi Output

£846.75 INC VAT and shipping quid adding on RAM from cruical is even more o.O bout 900 something quid i can either go for a blueprint, hand picked pc i built using the novatech site and probably get 100% assurance or trust some with building one and delivering it himself.

You, because eBuyer's customer support is less than non-existant :D

Nope, don't even buy components.

The parts he was buying came from Ebuyer, which is how I was able to look up the prices. If you go and get a 'name PC' over that computer he's offering, just because you're worried about 'customer service', then you're the biggest muppet on this forum, bigger even than ftozzi. You won't get anything like that spec PC for less than £1000 - retail PCs are invariably shoddily built, badly designed, unbalanced and a laughable rip-off.
