Sucker, wwhat. i can't believe people actually thought that vince could sack his main attraction, the man with more action figures that look like him than jordan has numbers in her bra size. honestly now i don't understand why people can think he would fire the biggest most dedicated man in sports entertainment.
Austin is going to beat the sh**e out of HHH at no way out and face either Jericho or HBK at Wrestlemania. in that match The rock will enter and help 3:16 to victory(not that he needs it) have a few beers 123 wham bam stunner the rock and be the very best, has he used to be, Champion of the World.
Austin is Here to save the WWE. not the Rock, cos the fans think hes boring, and quite frankly there right.
And thats the bottom line Cause STONE COLD SAID SO.
Anyway I agree that Austin is an important ingredient as you say, let's face it late 1998, 1999 was THE year for WWF entertainment. I just never liked the way no one but Austin got high profile storylines then how he moaned when someone else hit the spotlight.
> Touchy aren't we, don't go using sarcasm to look cool by the way, oh
> and why defend the WWE so blindly you don't know the facts.
I'm not using sarcasm to look 'cool'. I'm just merely pointing out that unless you were behind the scenes at the WWF how would you have known that? Only a question that's all.
> Oh and ever noticed how Austin actually DID get the best storylines
> and be the focus at main events, ppv, blah blah blah?
And notice how high the ratings were for each show Austin and Vince were in? That storyline got many people into wrestling or got people from WCW to WWF. He was the main attraction at the time so obviously you put your main attraction as a headliner in the main events.

No i didn't see that i will admit.
Look i'm not here to start an argument i'm just voicing my opinion which is i think Austin is a vital ingredient in getting the WWE back to the good old days of the late 90's. If you thought i was being condescending (sp?) then i'm sorry if i came across that way.
Oh and ever noticed how Austin actually DID get the best storylines and be the focus at main events, ppv, blah blah blah?
See the wobbler he threw because he didn't main event Wrestlemania 18?
He was also supposedly (notice I said supposedly) was scheduled to loose that match?
Notice how people like the Rock who admitedly is a big player in the WWE didn't really get any half decent storylines for a huge period? And instead put over newcomers such as Jericho and Booker T, I didn't see Austin doing that.
Heh :)
> Autsin can't wrestle.
Never watched him in ECW or WCW then i take it? Otherwise you'd know that he is actually a good technical wrestler, it's just he has to use brawling moves as that's what his character is.
> Austin can't act.
Didn't realise he was there to win an Oscar i thought he was meant to be wrestling. Ah well my mistake i guess
> Austin doesn't deserve to be allowed back in the WWE.
Your opinion, mine is if it gets the WWE out the hole it's in at the moment he's more than welcome back
And like someone has already said i think, Austin was never fired. Just think of it as a long suspension.
