I don't pretend to be a specialist, but I know that if you have a malignant tumour they will more than likely remove your lymph glands to stop it spreading. Look at the Tom Green Cancer Special, it's quite informative on the matter. So if they need to remove the lymph glands, it can't be good if it's in the lymph glands. I feel for you and her.

Also, Anastacia has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Sort of related.

Lymph glands are a bodies first defence against infections as long as its in 1 lymph gland she has exellent chance if its in many glands then its most likely systemic and has spread from an original site. This isnt all bad as chemo treatments are remarkably good these days and she still has a good chance of fighting it off.

Theres actually a cancer in women and some men that affects the gametes (ovaries or testies) that produces stem cells that grow outta control, these then specialise into every imaginable type of tissue - brain skin hair teeth nerve and continue to grow. Surgeons removing this 'growth' say that it even has a reflex when toughed or cut and some medics are still trying to catagories is as technically alive. Weirder things in heaven and earth
