"Forlan, he's so bad that...."

...no, no actually he's not.

You see, while other players may get plaudits for their work, Forlan is continually labelled as a load of rubbish. Personally, I'm a great fan of the man who has already earned his place in the Manchester United Hall of Fame.

And so you know, this utterly crap player has in fact scored more goals than all of these people:

Maybe some of you people should admit that Forlan isn't quite as bad as you would like to believe?

I've neveer said that Forlan is crap, as I think he just needed to settle down like Juan Pablo Angel.

His shots are powerful and he really works his socks off.

If you play up front for united, you're bound to score goals. Who wouldn't score with Beckham and Giggs running down the wings and Veron and Scholes providing down the middle.

He had a good game, shame he was subsituted so early.

Its nice to see Veron adding tackling and tracking back to his game.

Although his tackle from behind today was a little bit excessive!

You could look at it either way, I feel that it was Utd having to adjust to Veron, rather than expecting him to drop his game to suit Utd. Again today, his pass to Keane was pure class, Keane was not expecting Veron to get the ball there.

Surely than it's Veron who needed to adjust to United, not United who needed to adjust to Veron?

World Class players do not just turn into muppets overnight, it normally takes a few months before they adjust to our game. Forlan is another example of this. Veron is proving his class this season and will grow with the confidence.

Anyway off to the game now, hopefully we will get our revenge for two years ago.

United not good enough for Veron? That's certainly a new spin on things. You know, I think the same thing must have happened at Liverpool with Michael Owen...

I would have to agree Veron has been outstanding this year. I hate to say it but I think the problem was he was too good for Utd last year and the rest were not on his page. They have learnt to play with him, his pass to Forlan against Chelsea was fantasic an inch either way and Forlan would not have been able to strike it first time.
