For just over three years, on and off I've gone to gyms, gone to boxing and worked out at home, getting bigger and stronger each year. At first it was biceps, then my shoulders getting wider, then a six-pack, then my chest. Gradually, over the years, it's all come together.
Back in high school, I was a weakling, skinny and pathetic. I could run, that was about it. Couldn't play football, couldn't fight, couldn't arm wrestle. Now I can arm wrestle guys twice my size (literally, my mate Steve is 6"3 and 19 stone) and win, I can do 20 push ups without feeling a thing, then push myself to get to 40+. I can bench press my own weight and then some. I can curl, lift, squat - you name it, I'm doing it in my room or at the gym.
When I catch myself in the mirror, I'm still shocked to see my arms, my back, shoulders and chest all looking rather good. Not exactly Mr Universe, but when you consider how skinny I used to be, it ain't half bad. 11 stone isn't too light for someone who's 5"10.
Seeing yourself change, getting that little bit bigger, slightly more defined, each and every month is a thrill. A sense of achievement. Something to be proud of. It gives you extra strength, it impresses the ladies, it gives you confidence...
And it allows me to wear pink spandex.
Working out rules.

Oh, you've had problems with those too, eh? I spent an entire weekend naked, save for a pink thong and enough baby lotion to cover an elephant, after smoking a pack of those bad boys.
However... I have one of those sit-up things and did 100 the other night
And I walk to school and back everday which is usually about 4 miles.
Good enough for moi

Lay off the juice Arnold and kiss a girl.
I'm not in fantastic physical shape, but I'm sure as shít not overweight. How anyone can be 11 stone and be muscular is beyond me. When I weighed 11 stone, I was a stick man. I looked drawn, physically ill and anorexic.
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I look far healthier these days.

Ooooh yeah!

Yeah, sure, it's "relaxed muscle".
And who is Kelly?
