How would I go by cleaning out this place?

It's full of little files and programs that I never use anymore!

Is there a cleanup program I can get?

I've used the system cleanup thing but that only cleaned the C:TEMP folder...

Or can I just delete everything in it? I'm guessing that will be a mega no no!

I've just looked it up...

It says you can just delete it all but I'm not too sure about trusting a random website...

I'd rather trust a random person I have never met in my life!

I'll give it 15 minutes for a reply then I'll push the magic button!

Apparently you can just delete it all, there are programs you can use that clean up and will remove the unused stuff but probably most of the stuff there can be removed.
Just check when it was last modified before removing it.

Oh and don't take this as final, someone may know better so wait for their point first.
