OK, I have requested my most recent voucher as an amazon voucher. I usally always request the voucher be sent by email, because there something weird about my area with my posts coming late or not even recieving them. So my recent claim I asked for it to be sent by email (which when I reqeust I always get, with great serivice) and I still havent recieved it. So I sent another email, incase something went wrong with my request. And, now I still have gotten a reply. I'm not complaining or anything, I just want to know whats going on atleast.

We usually try to send the vouchers out as soon as possible but this week has been a bit hectic in our support department and I have also had to keep an eye on the forums now that they have been re-opened.

Rest assured that I will try my hardest to send out the outstanding vouchers on Friday and my apologies for any delay.

Ninja gets his vouchers by e-mail as he seems to have a dodgy postal service in his area, we send all the rest by snail mail.

I didn't even know they allowed people to request their vouchers over email. I think most people would go for that if it meant getting them 3+ days sooner.

I'm taking a guess but they might not have bought the new batch of vouchers yet or still catching up from the bank holiday.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Easy and free service!
I think it's fab that you provide an easy-to-follow service, and even better that it's free...!
