The Who star Pete Townshend admitted to viewing child pornography on the internet. He admitted to giving his credit card details to a site allowing to view child porn images and two MP's and another rockstar are also linked to giving their credit card details to an american site. But its all ok because he "didnt download anything". A quote taken from bbc

The Who have stayed in towns where children live though. That's condemning evidence in my opinion and like the papers show: he must be an evil man to look all morose and humiliated when the national press is claiming on the front page of every edition that he's a peodo.

I agree with one comment in the press though:
Research or not, you don't help the kids involved by giving money to these websites.
