Quite frankly i'm sick of it as I am sure other Pokéfans are.
These people seem to me to have the stereotypicle view that Pokémon is for children aged 5-11. NOT TRUE!!!!
Many of my Pokémates are actually aged 20-35 which isn't suprising really as the gameplay style that it uses is very addictive for all ages and for people from all walks of life.
I have even seen an article in the sun newspaper where the Pope (yes the Pope) approved of Pokémon as he said "I believe that this Pokémon game is not only fun but educational too as it can help teach how to use tactics and quick thinking"
If these anti-Pokémon people persist in their ways I am afraid that the yonger generations of poké-fans may become scared of buying the other gemes in this genre. (i.e. Dragon Warrior Monsters)
If things continue the way they are Nintendo might be looking at a drop in sales of Pokémon merchandise which might also prove bad for the economy.
But seriously, I think Pokemon is very clever. Nintendo are very good at making money from little animates. Take those cards for example - who would have thought that people would go crazy for them just because they don't print many of some of them?
