According to a vote conducted by VH-1, the best video is Fatboy Slim - Weapon of Choice. Don't know what my personal favourite is.
Thriller is eaisly the best it made the album sales triple, resulting in it being the best selling ever (think or maybe best selling single)evn though the album had been out for a year prior to the release of the video, great special effect, and it is also a pretty good song.

Anything with Avril Lavigne, Holly Valance and Christina Aguilara (Sp) gets my vote.
beastie boys- sabbotage won the mtv award, thriller is also a great video.
