"Did anyone watch Scrapheap Challenge?"

Funny, I hated DT, I hate all aspects of construction and engineering, but I actually like Scrap Heap Challenge. My brother's an engineering type person, and he'd always make me watch it (by refusing to turn over)

I saw that. it was great. The french plane did look quite cool though, resembled a spitfire. I honestly didn't expect them to fly, let alone THAT! Another impressive thing they made was a rocket, that carried a snowglobe up to heights of 1000+ feet, parachuted down and still had the snowglobe intact. Amazing.

The other two were crap but the British one was fantastic

" Here's two bits of wood and watch... build a submarine in 2 days "

Was that the one where the French were arguing?

Now let's not be silly...

They should build a full-service lady robot.

I think they should do a challenge where they get a whole 10 days (100 hours) to build something. And that thing should be a Space Shuttle :) Only kidding, but in the future it could happen when we the junk they use is so good they can fly to the moon and back.

The planes they built were amazing. Really cool how they actually just took off and flew.
