It's at Firhill (Thistle's ground), and I think that it'll be a draw, or a narrow win for Rangers.
Thistle held Celtic to a draw there in the Cup earlier this season and lost on penalties. They're a strong team at home.

I think that Rangers will go on to win the game 5-1. They will go in at half-time 3-0 up.

They must be on good-form then if they're a few points clear of Martin O'Neill's side who ran-away with the league last-season!
So you can only expect a win against Partick then, and they're a team I can only expect to be near the bottom of the 12-team SPL.
