What they should do - instead of being so kind and donating the profits from what they are doing is writing out nice big cheques.
With all the dosh that they are earning how big a dent would the odd hundred thousand or even million really make in there bank accounts ?
Show the country that they REALLY care and then get us to follow suit with our tenners tacked on.

Oh I agree with the sentiment.
Just dont like the way a Loaded pop-star is singing "It's not you, thank christ it's them! Lucky escape, sucks to be them!"

But we all there in our comfortable little houses enjoying our Turkeys and opening our presents having a great time not sparing a thought for what else is happening.
Most of us are so hypocritical - Thank you for this wonderful life of excess that we have Lord, thank you for letting us be your favoured ones etc etc.
Yes we are lucky to have been born in this wonderful civilised society, It does no harm to at least think about those that are more unfortunate even though there is little that we can do even if we wanted to.
