I my self like Tom Paris the best becuase he's funny; he's interested in the 20-21st century which would come in handy when you go back in time... Which actually happened; he's the best pilot the Star fleet has ever had (well I think so); he also designed a new shuttle craft called the Delta Flyer.

I just said it, because he knew he and his best friend were going to be killed unless they got home a faster way, even if it was even more dangerous than just crawling back home after 20 years.
What exception?
Plus, that still doesn't explain why my choices arn't logical.
