JAMES Bond star Daniel Craig yesterday admitted that he is not the best looking 007.

Daniel, 38 who has taken over the role from Pierce Brosnan said: Maybe Im not the prettiest Bond ever. Maybe Im not the suavest.

All I can say is that there are millions of fans and I dont want to let them down.

The Casino Royale star added: I worked my butt off for this movie. Im not going to foul it up.

He is the sixth actor to play Bond. The others were Sir Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Brosnan.

Daniel said he is still dating US film producer Satsuki Mitchell, despite being linked to stars Kate Moss and Sienna Miller.

He told Parade magazine: Were together. Shes experienced this whole situation with me.

Thats incredibly important.

Casino Royale is out on November 17.

I should probably post this after atleast seeing the trailers for the movie so I'll add them later instead.

How did you feel about Craig becoming James Bond? It's true he's very different from the other Bonds. I was a little concerned at first but I really shouldn't jump to conclusion, I'm sure he has given the role a lot of hard work.

Pierce was dropped because he asked far too much right? I quite enjoyed him as the last Bond especially when he brought him back with Goldeneye. Was it a smart move by him? Looking at IMDB, he's still got lots planned including a Mrs Doubtfire II :S heh.

Anyone planning to see Casino Royale this November?

Here's my 5:

You Only Live Twice (most amazing set, inside the volcano)
Live and Let Die
The Man with the Golden Gun
Goldfinger (P***y Galore and the whole 'Grand Slam' scene)
Thunderball

How about alternate names for new bond films:

Live, Die and Gold all seem to feature in the titles.

How about these:

Death to the world
Spies Live Forever
Golddeath
Commission of Death
Kill and Kill Again
Die today, Live Tomorrow

Heh, I don't know my top 5.

I remember a couple of years ago seeing a boxset of all the films on VHS for about £20. I didn't buy it because I'm a retard.

Fudged together top 5:

1) Casino Royal - Because of Dr Tom's involvement. Yey!
2) Live and Let Die
3) The Man With The Golden Gun
4) From Russia with Love
5) Moonraker

Yey!

Well it was bound to happen ... let's have your top 5 bond films please ...

Mine :

1) Spy who loved me
2) For your eyes only
3) Living Daylights
4) A view to a kill
5) The man with the golden gun

Guess that makes me mainly a Roger Moore fan then.

They should have a competition - Die Another Day vs On Her Majesty's..

See which makes most orphans cry.

And yey, Dr Tom taught the film cast, including Craig, how to play poker.

None of you know who Dr Tom is, but Yey!

Say it.

Yey.

Kind of defeats the point though. :D

The Bond films have sucked since Goldeneye though. I don't think Brosnan is to blame. He was awesome as Bond, but the plots of the last three films have been lame. Die Another Day was the worst Bond movie ever made in my opinion.

It was an early bond outing in 1954, before any of the movies, starring Barry Nelson. Then the David Niven/Woody Allen one came out during the time when Bond was really popular (1967), but it was more like Austin Powers. Believe it or not, Bob Holness (yes, of Blockbusters fame) played him in the radio verison...

They got the number of bonds wrong too. They should have said 'In the movies'. They didn't count the TV version (Casino Royale) or the comedy non-cannonical film (again, Casino Royale) or the radio series...
