"Women who cry rape"

A WOMAN who falsely cried rape against two men was named and shamed by a judge yesterday and told she faces jail.

Mum-of-two Sally Henderson, 40, accused husband Richard Cooke, 39, of repeatedly raping her when he left her after ten months.

A court heard she told the same lie against ex-lover Mark Rowe, 42, who dumped her five years earlier.

Both men were arrested as cops probed the fake claims.

Neither were charged � but Henderson was accused of perverting the course of justice.

Yesterday at Gloucester Crown Court, Judge David Lane QC lifted a ban on identifying her, saying: �The public has a right to know the identity of a person who uses justice for her own, unscrupulous ends.

�These men had the extreme anxiety of facing the most serious offences that can be brought against a man.�

Henderson, of Woodmancote, near Cirencester, Gloucs, will be sentenced on November 3.

Cirencester isn't too far from here. I hate reading these kind of stories. The last one I heard was about a girl who met 4 guys at a strip club and went home with them all to give them a private dance. Then in the morning she tried calling the police to give her a lift home, when she was told they weren't a taxi service she cried rape and all 4 men were arrested.

Luckily one of the guys filmed some of the naked dancing on his mobile because in her story to the police she said she danced fully clothed the whole time.

You really have to be twisted to do something like this.

There really does seem to be an growing attitude in this country of "F**k everyone else and do what you want, because they dont matter one bit" When you start going down the route everything is stuffed because eventually, everyone accepts it and it becomes no rules, dog eat dog.

As well as destroying the man she accuses,

whenever something like this happens, the false accuser makes it so much harder to real victims to get justice.


It's incredibly hard to get a prosecution for rape.

When women do this, it makes the question mark over *all* rape allegations so much bigger.


These kind of women are pure lowlives. Named, shamed and taken out of society (on criminal conviction, beyond a reasonable doubt). They do so much bad in so many ways.



However, wait! Has anyone asked *Why* our orgy-stripper chick made those accusations?

Society is so judgemental of women who indulge their sexuality, especially outside of a 'normal' relationship.

'Sl*t' is the worst label you can give a girl.

But we all have our sex drives. Is it really surprising that women sometimes 'slip up' and indulge them, later to regret the consequences of their actions - paid in social judgement and personal shame?


Of course, this doesn't justify trying to destroy a man's life, or helping real rapists get away with their own twisted crimes.

But it doesn't help, that these women, so weak and devoid of character that they won't take responsibility for their actions, are given such a strong incentive, by an ignorant and judgemental society, to hide from the consequences of their decisions.

Very true. I suppose you never really know what your going to do about it and how frightening it is till you go through it.

I think very few men would go to the police if was raped by another man or even a woman to be honest.

Bet there is alot of women who havent been to the police when been raped.

Oh yeah you hear about plenty of blokes getting raped by other men, but not by women.

Would I go to the police? I don't know what I would do in that situation. Don't really want to think about it. If I could take matters into my own hands and punish those responsible in my own way ... I would ... as for police, dunno.

Gods! I remember when there was a very large thread on this subject, on these forums, in their past life and I very actively took part in it :)

I agree that men should not be named but should have the same right to privacy as the 'alledged' victim.

Borat - you don't hear about men being raped that often because usually they are raped by another man. Would you go to the police with that complaint?

I think this is one of the few ocassions when this sentence can be used :D

Vice versa, I would hate to think anyone who has been accused of rape
could then be locked up when it couldn't be proved.

In a case of uncertainty, the prosecution will have no ground to continue the case. With our current judicial ssytem, that means the defendant goes free.
