Just to let you know that someone did contact us about selling our apartment, and we were told they got our number from friends who had apartments over there. Unfortunately, nothing came of it, better luck next time.
Skiparents here, or Si and Jules if you want to know our names.
Our shower curtain is held up by an extendable pole, across the wet room, found in a local cheap shop called 'Wilkos', cut to size to fit into a suitcase.
The edging is some plastic strip, approx 15mm wide x 8mm high, stuck with 'no nails' and edged with silicom sealant. (Strips are cut at an angle to incoroparate both drain holes and covers where brought from local DIY shop.
Hope this is of some help for you.
Great to keep in touch with every one.
Thank you for your reply.
I'll take you up on your offer to view your tiles, because I'm sure we will be over next year as we like Nessebar and maybe we could have a wee refreshment at the poolside bar at the same time.

I was in Panorama at the time you were installing your shower as I saw the guys bringing it into the Block. I thought it was a great idea, but I did wonder at the time how you would plumb it in to the waste, because if your's is the same as mine there are two holes on the floor. One at the shower and one in the middle of the toilet floor.
Also,I quite like the laminate floor, although I would be interested to see what a tiled floor looks like.
Hi SKIparents - sorry don't know your names - I like the sound of the price of your DIY job not only because we have two properties, but we're Scottish too.
How did you do it? Is it just like a wee wall to make a square at the shower and screw on a shower rail to the tiles on the wall?
Also, what did you do about the drain holes. do you have drain covers - we don't.
We also have a studio appt in Panarama Beach and have done our own DIY in the shower room. Placing an edging on the floor for the water flow and a shower curtain to stop the splashes. The total cost was approx £25 and works wonders.
We do hold our Bulstat card but have not be notified our any maintience fee, electric bills or council tax and do not intend paying any until we have been formally notified. And as with many of you we did not receive any guaranteed rental do not feel inclined to pay anything to anyone else!!!!
do you mean the small cocktail bar across the road or the irish bar in the big white hotel next door? would like to know as am also after someone to install a shower cubicle for me and maybe some other work, what was the guys name and did he supply and fit your shower and at what kind of price.
many thanks
