1. Do you think Sega made the right choice waiting to release there online games later instead of straight away?. (I heard Sega had alot of problems with the internet to start with and I also heard they recieved hundreds of complaints from angry users that they were conned into buying because of the adverts claiming online gaming)
2. Phanyasy star online or Quake 3 arena online?
3. Will this craze wear away?
4. Does the games lag enough to be noticed.
5. When will they release a multiplayer compatible with 2 players from your dreamcast. (In my opinion I would think that would be amazing)
6. And finally is it gonna be worth the hassel?
Which is amazing if you think about it, you'll be able to talk to people all over the world through an electronic device and lots of cables.
Sega are great at coming up with new ideas, aren't they?!
*meant in jest* *meant in jest* *ment in jest*
sheesh, the things you have to be careful of saying these days!
There you go, as an extra point i just realised that if it wasn't for the whole console wars thing Consoles wouldn't be going so far forward (i'm quick... okay!). So i've decided i like all consoles because they can always contribute something. Yes, i admit it, this includes the Playstation, with it's whole CD thing (and of course the innovative buttons marked by shapes instead of letters and numbers, which seems to be their major selling point...).
Good work folks, keep it up. (and don't underestimate the power of shapes o*^)
2. Phantasy Star Online looks nicer and will work much better as an online game, but as I haven't played it yet, I reserve judgement.
3. No
4. Not on Quake III. Well, not enough to make it unplayable. The thing is that it's a console, and all the special shiny hardware takes care of the difficult bits and lets you frag the night away.
5. Too much information for an arcade or fast paced action game to use on the net I suppose, but it could work for an RPG.
6. Yes.
Is that your final answer or do you want to ask the audience?
