1. Do you think Sega made the right choice waiting to release there online games later instead of straight away?. (I heard Sega had alot of problems with the internet to start with and I also heard they recieved hundreds of complaints from angry users that they were conned into buying because of the adverts claiming online gaming)
2. Phanyasy star online or Quake 3 arena online?
3. Will this craze wear away?
4. Does the games lag enough to be noticed.
5. When will they release a multiplayer compatible with 2 players from your dreamcast. (In my opinion I would think that would be amazing)
6. And finally is it gonna be worth the hassel?
I received this e-mail yesterday and was asked to pass it on to everyone.
This forum is working really well, It's a great way to stay in touch.
Diane
Hi Diane, I too bought a flat at Panorama Beach and have had similar problems as everyone else. I am also annoyed about the failure to pay the guaranteed rent. Also, while the MRI office staff and drivers are fantastic the higher up you go the more useless they are. The soloicitors are worse than useless, and
Vigo-apart from Vanko-aren't any better. On the other hand the flats are well built, in probably the best location on the whole Black Sea coast and since I mainly bought the flat as a holiday home I am probably a bit happier than those who bought as a straight investment. If anyone wishes to talk to me about the
complex, the guaranteed rent, council tax, insurance, the area-I have been 4 times already- E-Mail me, or better still phone me on 07970 080605.
Diane could you plese forward this E-Mail to the others. I am not a great E-Mailer as you can probably tell! Best wishes, John Whale
Glad to see a few more people posting and being so positive.
i have just heard from nasco
(we are about to start the preparation for the new season, especially for the new business – letting apartments in “Panorama Beach” The season was very successful we had 7 apartments that we filled and gave the owners their rents. Now we are preparing the contracts for the next season. For all news we have we will send e-mails and we will keep you informed.)
So i will wait to see what kind of contract nasco comes up with.
In the meantime i will continue to advertise on free websites and ebay.
My name is Paul Fairbairn and my wife (Helen)and I have two studio apartments in the Panoarama Beach Complex. One is on the third floor at the 'poolside' of Block 4 and the other on the second floor of the 'road side' above the Alpha Bank.
Like everyone else we got the apartments through MRI, used the same lawyer, Orlin, and did not receive any guaranteed rental. Apart from these negatives we are pleased with the studios and have stayed in them quite a few times ourselves.
We missed out last season on renting out with Vigo or any other management company, but put our flats on the website Ownersdirect for rentals and succeeded in securing the grand total of two one-week bookings; both for the poolside studio.
Their was a gap between each of these bookings, which was probably a good thing, because the pick-up of keys and getting laundry done proved a little bit tricky. We did this through Vigo and obviously they did not give our laundry priority over their own, so if there had been back-to-back bookings there would probably have beeen problems with bed linen and towels not having been returned from the laundry.
We have approached PM Group regarding a rental management contract for next season and I have emailed Nasco to find out if he is setting a service.
By the way, Derek - great idea in setting up this forum and hope everyone uses it and we can all stick together and make something out of our properties.
Jo, my message would be a carbon copy of yours. I have had no luck renting out my apartments and work a lot so cant get out. I would also appreciate any advice that people have. I have cut off all contact with MRI dou to the way that they have treated me but am very much in limbo now.

I have tried the free rental websites with little success. But have found most of my customers by using eBay and putting a link back to my own website it’s a cheap way of reaching a lot of potential customers.
Others have used villarenters and other sites where you have to pay but not to sure how well they did maybe they will post and let us know.
Myself and my husband also bought at Easter 2006. We have yet to receive any money from our apartment and are still struggling to rent it out. We are very unhappy with the service from MRI and were not suprised to see them on the tonght programme in July. I would be grateful to anyone who could give me some advice on how to go about geting it rented out for Summer 2009. As I teach it is very difficult for us to go out except at peak times.
Lets stick together on this
Jo & Steve
I started this Forum so that all owners of apartments in Panorama Beach would be able to leave comments, post advice and share information on anything and everything that is happening relating to Panorama Beach complex.
I am already in touch with other owners in Panorama Beach – some of whom I have met while visiting Nessebar. Some of us during the 2008 season liaised to manage bookings, for example when I could not accommodate clients due to bookings overlapping I passed my booking on to other owners who could accommodate the client and vice versa.
I purchased my studio apartment in 2006 from the same company as most of you, I am very pleased with the complex and apartment but not very happy with Vigo – I like most of you was told I would receive guaranteed rental income for the 2007 season, when I followed this up with my solicitor Orlin I received an email stating the costs I would incur to take Vigo to court to recover unpaid rental that they owed me – the costs were prohibitive and when I suggested a class action Orlin said that it would not be possible.
I have been talking to Nasco who owns the two supermarkets and the wine shop underneath the apartment blocks and he has enquired if myself and other owners would be interested in some kind of rental agreement whereby he would manage the rental and maintenance of the apartments. As far as I know he is trying to approach tour companies with a view to a rental agreement. As soon as I know more I will place a post on the forum.
