My speakers are not working! The power is on and there is no sound coming out! Can anyone help me?

A wire had come out when I was decorating. It was out like an inch so I couldn't see it had come out. If you know what I mean.

Inside the com[uter. It's the one with picture of speakers on etc. It'll have coloured ports. Your speakers should be plugged into it :D
And where is the sound card?

Check your physical connections and make sure you haven't dislodged the soundcard.
