Everybody remember the cryptic sweeties and chocolates quizzes? I enjoyed the last one so much that I've decided to do one on bands and singers, but the clues are just as cryptic as in the other quizzes.
Lets see how long it will take for everybody to fill in this one:
1) His spine only costs about 5 cents
2) This band resembles a band of scottish gnats
3) My sweet child told me of a band bearing arms and holding flowers - could they be the answer to this clue?
4) Clotted, ice, whipped, double, single or squirty. The answer to this clue doesn't care
5) The primates you will find dancing on the Northern polar icecaps
6) These guys gather no moss
7) They aren't a shallow violet
8) Are these rockers alternate or direct?
9) A dark and gloomy Sunday
10) These lasses are permitted to be noisey
11) A group of musical vegetables that can't stop burning your tongue
12) Nobody in the states were accepted, but all other applicants from other nations were. That's why they formed this group
13) A snog that will make you wan to party every day
14)Women or very young children made out of sucrose
15) Potassium is dating my teenaged daughter Calcium? Over my Dead body!
16) Robert Baden Powell looking to increase the diversity of his club
17) A metal female servant
18) An exclusive club for depressed shellfish
19) It's the band you have to call when somebody is robbing your home
20) They moved to China on the heat of the moment
21) They aren't going to impress Delilah with their bland fashion sense
22) There's nothing special about these lads

24) He can pass as a hard shelled candy, with or without the peanuts
25) Oregano, pepper, tumeric, coriander should have ginger are what these lasses should be called. Wait, they got one right!

27) Usually these guys are wanted if you need access to somebodys house to find something
28) There's a rook, another one. There's a raven and again. Lots of these birds about today but how many?
29) A sharp beam that can give you a close shave
30) This American band is wanted Dead or Alive
31) Surrender your pocket money to this 50p deck of magic cards
32) Don't mistake this for the fast flying ones in the sky
33) Mother taught me the German jig
34) This band is well passed it's used by date
35) In the spring time, you could mistake her for a vineyard
36) I no longer believe in this Epic

Some clues have titles of some of their songs, which hopefully will help and some clues may throw up several answers - but I am only looking for ONE answer.
