"Porno is being made into a film."

Filming is to begin soon of the sequel to Trainspotting. Hopefully the original cast will reprise their roles, though there is some doubt over McGregor as he had an infamous falling out with the producer/director.

The book was barry, if the film can capture it's spirit that would make it one of the most antipated releases, in my humble opinion.

lol... antipated. Thats the worst spelling of anticipated I have ever seen.

I did a really funny spelling mistake the other day. Instead of saying unfinished.... I only went and bloody said Unfished didn't I... Cracking.

Ah yes, Johnny Lee Miller. He rocked. I've only seen him in one other film though - Plunkett and MacCleane. He was pretty good in that too.

I'd be upset if they didn't get McGregor, Carlyle and Jonny Lee Miller back, I kind of pictured it being them when I read the book. And Spud too.

Just checked, and upcomingmovies.com have nothing about it. They usually have everything.

If they got Boyle, McGregor and Carlyle, then they should go for it. The others can be recast or redirected or whatever, but those three are essential, I'd say.

In a newspaper (I forget which one though): they had a full on feature about it too. I don't believe much I read in papers but they usually don't make stuff up about film production as it isn't that newsworthy.

If I can find definite source material I'll post back here...
