However, for the last 3 weeks I've used it for about 15 mins each weekeday morning while Mrs YH is in the shower. I've still eaten and drunk exactly what I like, and I've lost 1/2 a stone in 3 weeks. I'm gone down from 12 to 11 1/2.
The graph thing looks a bit odd as I lose weight during the week, then over the weekend when I don't use it and a I eat & drink a bit more, it goes back up again, then down over the next week etc.
You feel a bit of a plank jogging on the spot in your front room, but some of the excercises really knacker you out.
My mum wants this and I want it too. Should investigate.

I quite like the looks of the Wii Fit, but I can imagine you really wouldn't want to be doing it anywhere where people may see what your doing...
If I still had a Wii, I would probably own it!
After this experience I have decided against purchasing this for the time being.
Once a few of the other games are unlocked it's great fun just to play them as well.
