I would really like to create a logo for my new site that im creating but i dont know what program to use so my first question is could you suggest a program or programs to use preferbly free but can create professional looking logos? also where there any tutorials for that program and a link to them also if any one would like to create me a logo i would be very thankful.

Its coming on okay just as I said on msn I need an idea for exactly what is going on the site because the description you gave me was pretty vague. Once I've added the pictures its basically finished bar a few little extras.

Thanks for thr info, ive actually got PSP5 off a mag but dont know how to use it

Don't what ever you do buy Paint Shop Pro. There are loads of free versions going around, get one of those instead :O) No I don't mean cracked or pirated copies - JASC generally release older versions of their software for free, watch out for magazines with it on the cover. PSP 4 is my favourite version, I got my copy for free, and I know someone who got PSP 5 off the cover of a magazine.

You could try Arcsoft thats what tydyy uses for his banners.

Also i find it hard to sow images together, download it from download.com

If Paintshop Pro is only £70, I might get it. Can anyone tell me if it is worth it? Also...Does PSP7 come with a tool that takes a picture from it's background, making it easier to create banners?
