Yup, the 'Cheats' button is now there...

They're trying to link to your hard drive, rather than the website. The path is:

file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings /Alexj/Desktop/buttons/home2.GIF

(Without the space, obviously!)

There are a lot of broken images, in the bar and in the main frame.
